1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing session credits on intervue.cloud, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Intervue provides an AI-powered interview preparation tool that transcribes live audio and generates suggested answers to detected interview questions. The service is provided as-is for preparation purposes only. We do not guarantee interview success or employment outcomes. AI-generated responses are suggestions and should be reviewed critically by the user.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable Indian law to use this service.

4. Session Credits & Payments

• Session credits are purchased in advance and consumed when a session is started.
• A free 15-minute credit is issued once per account on registration.
• Credits do not expire. Purchased credits remain valid until used or the account is deleted.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed by PhonePe. We do not handle or store payment card or UPI data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to cheat in actual employment assessments where AI assistance is prohibited by the employer or assessment provider.
• Record, redistribute, or resell AI-generated responses.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform.
• Share account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and branding are owned by Intervue. AI-generated responses produced during your sessions are provided for your personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities or incorrect AI responses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session credit.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Unused credits will not be forfeited due to planned downtime.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
