Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for session credits purchased through the Intervue Platform at https://www.intervue.cloud.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests for unused session credits will be considered if made within 7 days of placing the order. A session credit is considered "used" once you click Start Recording and the session timer begins. Once a session has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as the AI transcription and answer generation service has been rendered.

Unused Session Credits

Unused session credits (purchased but not yet started) are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date. To request a cancellation, email support@intervue.cloud with your registered email address and order ID.

Multi-Session Packs

For 5-session and 10-session packs, a partial refund is available for the unused portion within 7 days of purchase. Used sessions within the pack are deducted at the equivalent per-session rate before the refund amount is calculated.

Service Failures

If a session fails to start or terminates abnormally due to a platform-side error (not caused by your network or device), please report the issue to our customer service team at support@intervue.cloud within 7 days of the incident. Upon verification, the session credit will be reinstated or refunded in full.

Service Quality

If you feel the service received was materially different from what is described on the Platform, please bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 7 days of the session. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Free Credits

The complimentary 15-minute session credit issued on account registration is non-refundable and has no monetary value.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved by Intervue, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
